Preparing Your Return

Packaging materials are included with your initial shipment of the items rented.

Before packaging your rented items,

follow these 3 easy steps below:

Step 1. Scrape off any excess food on item

Step 2. Give item a light rinse

Step 3: Let item fully dry before packing

It is highly recommended, to package items in the same fashion as they were received.

If you need additional packaging materials, they may be requested from Elegant Encore, for an additional fee.

Packaging services are also available from shipping stores UPS and FEDEX, at the Renter's expense.
